Taney Baseball - Registration Now Open!

Registration for Taney's 2020 Baseball is Now Open!

To register your child, please make sure you have first logged into this website. Only after you have logged in will the available programs be visible to you on either your personal account page or on our baseball page. Spaces remain open in all of our baseball divisions.

For the 2020 season, we have transitioned to a new web platform. If you have not already created a NEW account for the NEW website, you will be required to create a new account prior to registering your children.

No information, including account information, was transferred from our old platform to our new platform. Any account information, including usernames and passwords, you may have used to register your children for prior seasons will not be recognized by our new website.

Also new for the 2020 season, Taney has moved back the age ranges for each of our divisions. Instead of an August 31st cut off, we will now be using a May 1 cut off. For some children, this change will mean that they are eligible to spend a third year in one of our divisions. Such children are welcome to take the extra year to hone their skills.

If your child is begging to move up to a higher division, you will be required to first register your child for his or her age-appropriate division. Once registered, please reach out to the commissioner of the division your child wants to play up into and ask that your child be granted permission to play up.

Requests to play up will be evaluated on a case by case basis and will consider not just a player's skill, but also the player's maturity.

Coaches Needed!

Please remember Taney is a 100%, volunteer-run organization.

Playing Taney Baseball is a rite of passage for thousands of Philadelphia children. Our volunteers make it possible.

Annually, we provide hundreds of children the gift of play. Taney is only able to operate because of our incredible volunteers who step forward to coach, serve as a commissioner or otherwise chip in to help make sure Taney is able to continue to provide the vibrant experiences we all love.
