We may collect
information (including name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) when
you register your child(ren) with TYBA. TYBA DOES NOT store your credit
card information after you have registered your child(ren). We maintain
the non-credit card information that you provide us, along with a record of
your registration(s), in a secure database.
Information We Share
With Others and Your Privacy Rights
TYBA will not sell or
share your personal information or e-mail address.
On rare occasions, we
may disclose specific information upon government request, in response to a
court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share
information with companies assisting in fraud protection or
investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or
companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
How We Use E-Mail
When you provide us
with your e-mail address, we may send you e-mails to process your registration,
respond to a request, and to advise you of upcoming Taney events.
Updating or Reviewing
Your Information
To update your
registration information (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address),
please contact us at the address above. To protect your privacy, we will
need to validate your identity before your update or review your information.
Security
It is our intent to
protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have
collected from you. We use a variety of current technologies and
processes for protection of our registration data. We limit the
information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what
they need to carry out their responsibilities.
When you register
on-line, your information is transmitted in a safe, encrypted format.

From time to time, we
may use registration information for unanticipated uses not previously
disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change, we
will post the changes on our Web site. We encourage you to review our
